This August, while the California Legislature has a recess, our fight for money bail reform continues.

Our coalition is leading efforts to phone bank key legislators' districts. We'll be calling their constituents and asking them to call their lawmakers to urge their support for bail reform. This is one of several phone banks that will be happening with ACLU and other partners across the state as we continue building momentum to pass SB 10, a groundbreaking bill that would ensure that no one goes to jail because they can't afford bail. With our combined efforts, we'll reach constituents in 10 of these districts.
