Take the 101 to either Balboa or White Oak exit.  Get to Ventura Blvd and go to Encino Avenue, turn South.  First stop sign is Rancho Street, make a right turn.  I am the second house on Rancho Street.  There is street parking perpendicular to the house on White Oak Avenue.
